Verizon's LG G3 starts to receive Android 5.0.1 update

Is that a smile we see on the faces of Verizon subscribers rocking the LG G3? It sure is. This afternoon, Big Red has started rolling out Android 5.0.1 to LG's current flagship handset. The update carries software version number VS98523A and will include the Lollipop Material Design, the new ART compiler making apps run faster, the revised "Recent apps" menu, improved battery life thanks to Project Volta...
