Nokia Lumia 635 1GB spotted; "refreshed" version of the phone carries 1GB of RAM

The Nokia Lumia 635 was originally launched last year with 512MB of RAM inside. While Windows Phone 8.1 runs smoothly with this amount of short-term memory on board, some Windows Phone apps will not open unless there is at least 1GB of RAM employed. Today, a report out of Hungary reveals that Microsoft has produced a "refresh" version of the Lumia 635 that carries 1GB of RAM...
