NBC app now streams live network programming to iOS and Android users in certain cities

Since December, NBC has been streaming live programming on its website in certain cities. At the same time, the network promised that the feature would be made available in 2015 to phones and tablets via the NBC app. Now, an update pushed out early Wednesday expands the live streaming feature to the iOS and Android NBC app. While you can still watch full episodes of your favorite NBC shows on-demand, you can also watch live streaming feeds in real-time.
