Issue with flickering on BlackBerry Passport screen temporarily halts BlackBerry 10.3.1 update

The BlackBerry 10.3.1 update is in the process of being disseminated right now. But an issue with the BlackBerry Passport had temporarily halted the update earlier today. Apparently, some of those sporting the company's flagship model are experiencing an issue with flickering screens. BlackBerry product manager Michael Clewley says that a fix for the issue is being tested and that the rollout of BlackBerry 10.3.1 has resumed...
