As previously reported, the Desire 626 is a 5-inch (720 x 1280) mid-range handset. It currently runs Android 4.4 KitKat, though it's said that it will be updated to Android Lollipop. The 626 that was approved in China is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, and, contrary to what we initially heard, only has 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage space (expandable via microSD). LTE, a 13 MP rear camera with flash, and a 5 MP front-facing camera are also included.
